K'gari & Sunshine Coast Educational Tours
Our K’gari and Sunshine Coast program delivers an immersive, curriculum-aligned learning journey that brings Science, Geography and Sustainability to life through real-world exploration.
This hands-on experience takes students from marine investigations at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast to the unique sand island ecosystems of K’gari, where they explore historical shipwrecks, rainforests, and dynamic dune systems.
Encounters with wildlife at Australia Zoo, marine studies during whale or dolphin watching, and fieldwork across the Glass House Mountains and Noosa Everglades deepen understanding of biodiversity, geomorphology, and conservation.
With opportunities to engage in Indigenous perspectives, participate in environmental activities, and reflect through field journaling, students build critical thinking and inquiry skills while connecting classroom learning to meaningful, unforgettable experiences in the field.
