Our programs combine hands-on learning with immersive experiences, helping students connect classroom knowledge with the real world.

Safety, Accreditation & Supervision

Student safety is our highest priority, supported by strong industry standards and experienced staff.

  • Members of the Student Educational Travel Organisation (SETO)

  • All guides hold current Working with Children Checks (WWCC)

  • Guides are trained in First Aid, driver safety, and fatigue management.

  • Comprehensive risk assessments are conducted for all activities and suppliers

  • Clear incident response procedures are in place.
     

We work closely with schools to ensure all safety, supervision, and compliance requirements are met.

Accommodation & Transport

  • Accommodation is selected based on safety, comfort, and suitability for school groups

  • Transport is provided via modern, well-maintained vehicles operated by trained drivers

  • Programs are designed to minimise travel fatigue and maximise student engagement

What Students Will Experience

Depending on the destination, students may:

  • Explore unique Australian landscapes and ecosystems

  • Participate in guided educational activities and fieldwork

  • Learn about Indigenous culture and history

  • Engage in environmental and conservation-based experiences

Each itinerary is carefully designed to balance education, activity, and rest.

Packing & Preparation

Students will be provided with a detailed packing list. Key requirements include:

  • Soft travel bag (max. 15kg) for ease of transport

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for varying climates

  • Hat, sunscreen, and reusable water bottle

  • Closed-toe walking shoes

Preparation sessions will be held prior to departure to ensure students are fully ready.

Health & Medical Information

  • Parents must provide accurate medical and dietary information prior to travel

  • Students should bring any required medications, clearly labelled

  • Our guides carry satellite phones and first aid kits and are trained to respond to medical situations

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Follow all instructions from teachers and guides

  • Respect fellow students, staff, and the environments visited

  • Adhere to school behaviour policies at all times

Participation in the program is conditional on meeting these expectations.
