Indigenous Studies

Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and perspectives through meaningful, place-based learning across Australia. Students deepen their understanding of Country, culture, and connection through respectful experiences that highlight Indigenous knowledge systems, storytelling, and the ongoing significance of Australia’s First Nations peoples.

Outdoor Education

Outdoor Education develops personal growth, resilience, and environmental awareness through active experiences in Australia’s diverse natural landscapes. Students build practical skills, teamwork, and confidence while fostering a deeper connection to the environment and an appreciation for sustainable practices.

Science

Science investigates the natural world through hands-on exploration of Australia’s unique ecosystems, wildlife, and geological features. From reef systems and rainforests to deserts and coastlines, students engage with scientific concepts in real-world settings, building skills in observation, inquiry, and environmental understanding.

History

History brings Australia’s past to life through immersive, place-based experiences—from ancient Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures to colonial heritage and modern developments. Students explore how historical events, people, and perspectives have shaped the nation, deepening their understanding of identity, change, and continuity over time.

Geography

Geography explores Australia’s diverse landscapes, environments, and communities—from tropical rainforests and arid deserts to vibrant cities and coastal regions. It helps students understand how people interact with the land, how natural systems shape the country, and the challenges and opportunities facing Australia’s future.
